Karate Training in Your School:
karate school is an after school self
defense and fitness club aimed at children of all ages. The classes are fun and friendly, they teach the basic principles of karate and simple to learn techniques to defend yourself.
The introduction course is 4 weeks long and each class lasts one hour and is usually after school. Times are arranged to suit each school to fit around other activities and clubs.
Who can benefit from attending
Primary Schools - These classes are fun based but give a basic understanding of the skills and will certainly increase confidence and fitness levels. The course covers simple to learn but effective
defense techniques and also touches on Sport Karate. Achievement awards are given out to all that complete the course.
Secondary Schools - While it's still important to keep these classes fun we all
recognize that old children may be in more vulnerable situations so the level of skills taught is more realistic and diverse. One of the concerns of many parents today is knife attacks. So if you feel this would be beneficial, we can do an extra course on knife and weapon
defense.
Teachers & Parents - Often Adults like the idea of learning Karate but don't the idea of learning in front of kids!
So we can also arrange courses for teachers and parents, these can be done separately or together. This can be a great way for the parents to get to know the teaching staff at the school.
