In order to join SKI Islamabad one must be Black Belt instructor. to join SKI Islamabad just fill up the registration form and send it to head office along with fee and follow the instructions.

MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE DIRECTING COMMITTEE OF SHOTOKAN KARATE INTERNATIONAL PAKISTAN
A meeting of the Directing Committee of Shotokan Karate International, Pakistan, was held in Lahore on Sunday the 17th of March 2008 under the Chairmanship of Mr.Mahmood Naveed, Group Leader, Pakistan.
Besides other important decisions, the following decision was taken in this meeting for the Registration of Shotokan Karate Clubs:
- It was decided that Registration of all clubs of SKI should be undertaken and for which purpose, all SKI clubs should be invited for Registration.
- Registration would be for a period of one year and the Registration Fee will be Rs. 400/- per year.
- Upon Registration, each club will be provided with a Registration Certificate and the Registered Clubs will be allowed the following benefits and facilities:
a). The Chief Coach of each Registered Club will issued with an Instructor’s Card bearing his photograph.
b). The teams of each Registered Club will be invited for participation in the various activities/tournaments/coaching camps of SKI.
c). Assistance will be provided to the Chief Instructor of each Club for learning the techniques and katas of Shotokan Karate. Also videos and literature of Shotokan Karate will be provided.
d). Each Registered Club will receive a monthly Khabarnama (News Bulletin) from SKI Headquarters.
e). Belt Certificates including Black Belt Certificates can be obtained from SKI Headquarters upon payment of requisite fee.
